| FINSIA together with Access Economics have released a report exposing the “real cracks and weaknesses” in the Australian regulatory system in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. The report further suggests a “careful review” of prudential supervision of operations such as hedge funds, mortgage trusts and managed investment funds with respect to managing systemic risk. |
